Shipping costs
Shipping of orders to the following countries is free:
China
Orders with a value exceeding 98 RMB will be delivered free of charge in China. For orders with lower value outside of China, please contact our product manager
For information about shipping costs to other countries, choose the desired country of delivery in your shopping cart. The shipping costs are immediately visible.
We are currently only selling in Europe, due to the high demand. If you want to place an order for outside of Europe with more than 20 products, please contact Product Manager.
When you order from outside the EU, please note the import laws of the country of destination for any additional costs.
Delivery time
We will deliver your order to you as soon as possible. In China, you usually receive your order within 7 days.
Sometimes delivery takes longer. Perhaps the product is out of stock or the delivery time is slightly longer than planned. The delivery time is displayed on the product page. If for any reason we fail to meet this delivery time, we will notify you.
For some products, the delivery time is longer. Always indicate this when checking out before making payment.
